Is there a way to track incoming calls that hit the ani table? We have a wacko calling every five minutes or so and would like to have a report with all those calls.

make him his own VRT and if ani is in that VRT, route to VDN/vector/announcement kindly instructing him to stop calling, report on that?

Or, instead of using an announcement, be clever and have some fun with it!

You can also use EC500 to block calls, look in the FAQs section under call blocking.

Mojo , only with licensing for Ec500 or xmobile , gOt burned last week with this the vrt if possible to implement sensibly is the way to go depending on how many vectors , but if you do have the licences the ec500 is a lot less admin with lots of vectors in play
