Analyze It with Excel produces blank spreadsheets?

Hi,

We recently upgraded to Access 200 and had problems importing text files that didn't end in .txt, .csv etc. We downloaded the patch and this no works.

But..When we click on "Analyze It With MS Excel" in a Report View the process seems to be creating the spreadsheet (ie. the grey box comes up with printing page x) but when Excel is opened the sheets are all blank!

Has anyone had this problem before?
