ANALOGUE INTERCOM RINGING CADENCE PROBLEM

Hi to all giving great support to me for solving issues from begining. I have facing the strange problem from one of my customer site using rls 5.5 cs1000e pabx.Whenever iam calling analogue phones to anlogue phone giving me one intervell with ringback and end userphone ringing continously,but whenever iam making call from ip phone to analogue phones is seems to be fine,thats giving ringing tone same as ringback here from originator phone.Any one have met this issue?


 
power supply? you can look at ftc, but i would think hardware 1st.. is the problem on one shelf one card or switch wide.. if it's switch wide, i would compare flexable tones to a working switch or post them here and we can stare and compare

I think John is correct in the power supply. I doesn't happen often, but they do go out.
