analog stations stop working

I have a BCM400 with 4.0 software and the latest patches. I have 1 ASM 8 port analog station module in the main cabinet. The analog ports will intermittently loose dial tone. Sometimes it comes back on its own and sometimes I have to reset the port. Not all the ports loose dial tone at the same time. Sometimes it 1 or 2 at a time. This seems to happen a couple times a month. I have replaced the ASM but the replacement was a used MBM. Any suggestions?
