I am able to put multiple calls into conference using the conf button and *47. My question is, once everyone is done with the call, the user who started the call wants to drop all parties. Is this possible with only using the polycom phone? The customer doesn't want to depend on all parties to hang up themselves.

I've tried hitting the conf button followed by *52, but that drops me from the conf call. I verified using system status that everyone is still on the call.

The customer has an IPO 500v2 Rls 7.0.23 w/VMPro 7.0.23

Thanks for the help

just add a digital phone to the conference and see in the details that all people have disconnected, painful but besides the SSA the only way to ensure that the conf call is gone

You can tick the option in the system to drop the conference automatically once the last internal extension hands up, will not work for you if it's all internal parties though :)

I believe they only cared about external callers staying on. Thanks for the help I will test it out and let you know!
