Analog hunting question?

I am having an "I can not think like a switch moment". I have two analog lines that are both on a 2 line analog phone. I want x8294 to go to voicemail (x8199) if unanswered and if 8294 is busy I want it to hunt to 7294.

What is happening now - 8294 hunts to 7294 after 4 rings and then rings indefinitely on 7294.

What am I missing?

What is happening now - 8294 hunts to 7294 after 4 rings and then rings indefinitely on 7294.

Hunting doesn't occur "after 4 rings". That would be FNA.

So if your calls are going to the HUNT DN after 4 rings then you should look in the FNAD setting in the CDB RDR data.
It sounds like FNAD is set to HUNT but you want it to be FDN. You probably want to change FNAT and FNAL to FDN as well.

SFA will only cause the call to ring 4 times at 8294 then ring 4 more times at 7294 and then (finally) go to voice mail.
