callid" analog sets get the ID info from inband signalling in between the 1st and 2nd ring (bellcore anyway) on an inbound call. Dont think this will work on an analog transfer for a number of reasons. Station to station transfer process shows the station info of the "transferring" station prior to the xfer button being hit the 2nd time to complete the transfer which is when the callers number then shows up (seconds later). Do this slowly from 2410 to another 2410 and watch the display to see what I mean if you dont understand. Secondly, even if you did this via a speeddial to try to complete the transfer in under a second, I doubt the software is setup to retransmit this ID info to an analog set.
