You'll also need to setup a route (001 for example) to dial out on a line or a pool (pool is preferable). Then setup a destination code (9 for example) and program the destination code to use route 001. To forward you would then go off-hook, do a hook flash, dial *4, dial 9, then dial the external number. Do a hook flash and dial #4 to cancel forwarding.
