an error can't get ride of !!!

Greeting all,
I'm not sure how i create this error , but i can't get ride of it, it happens everytime i click the next or previous record in the bottom navigation buttons, or search for a record,
here is the error :

Microsoft access can't apply the filter because all the records are locked.

The recordLocks property of the form or report or the default Record Locking option on the Advanced tab of the Options dialog box (tools menu) is set to all Records

Reset the value to No Locks or Edited Record as appropriate.

I doubled checked that propertites, and it is set to No Locks,

I'm not sure where else to check,
Any ideas of how to get ride of this message ?

You said you checked the "Properties" but did you check the "Record Locking option on the Advanced tab of the Options dialog box (tools menu)?" Also, is this an app you built, or one you inheredied? The Properties may be Marked No Locks, but the records could be locked in code rather than the properties box. Hence the question about a db you didn't write.
