Anyone knows how to fix above issue in Crystal Report? I can't open the Crystal Report file and got the error of "An API Call Exited Abnormally. Failed to open document.

How are you opening the report? In Crystal itself or from some other application?

Is the issue with a specific report or with any report?
If it's with a specific report then that report has probably become corrupted. This means you'll either have to go back to an earlier version of the report (if you have one) or recreate the report.
If it's with any report, then you probably need to do a "repair" install of Crystal. Be sure that you're logged in as a user who has Administrator rights on the machine where you're doing the install - Crystal updates the registry and does a few other things that require Administrator rights.
