I hope someone can help me with this. My computer came preloaded with IE (of course) and this stupid GoHip browser thing that always comes up when I start IE. No matter what I set my Home Page to, this goHip thing always resets itself when I restart my computer. I scoured the regisrty and deleted any occurance of GoHip, and Mindspring (which I think is related, but I'm not sure). There's nothing obvious like startup scripts or stuff in the autoexec.bat, so I'm getting to wit's end. ANY help would be greatly appreciated

The entry is start page
Here is the registry key to the Start Page location. My guess is if you back up the registry the user.dat and system.dat files with batch files. It should block this, it also means that the gohip is modify the registry some how. I would get a process viewer and find if any gohip programs are located some place. It may be in the startup or in the registry ...
