Ambiguous name detected - tmpDDE

I have a user who when he tries to print some word documents from a netwrok folder he recives the error message. "ambiguous name detected - tmpDDE"
Does anyone know what this means. He cancels the message and nothing happens but the file will not print.
I can print the file no problem from my PC. I run win2000 he has got NT w/s4 sp6a

There are two objects or procedures that have the same name within the same scope.
Since you have no problem printing, I would suspect something in the referenced libraries...

If the user does not have any Autotext entries, Custom style, custom Toolbars or macro embedded in Normal.dot, just rename or delete normal.dot
