amazon ecs 4.0 web service connection problem

I'm trying to connect to amazon's latest wsdl web service through the following url:

This is where I got the above url from:
(scroll to the bottom for url)

I tried to add the above service, but got the following error:
Flash was unable to find any Web Services from the following URL:

Anyone know what's happening? I can connect to Macromedia's tipsService webservice just fine. Thanks for any help.
