I have winfiol and md110-bc12-sp1-om.alx but I do not know to form it to be able to see it in winfiol

Start Alex,

In the Preferences there is the Libray tab.

Choose the path to the data file!

It is essential to have alex? I cannot open it only with winfiol?

yes you must have alex.

don't know for sure, but I think it's freeware ask your local provider...

you managed to have the .alx file from somewhere, if that source is "official" (I mean, you bought the documentation) you should have got alex with it, if not, you're at the wrong place here...
