Altiview 5.0A starts, but fails to create a window, anyone had any success with Altiview and Vista?

Thanks for looking, I got through to someone at Altigen and they said
You can use Altiview now... there is no problem there BUT we don't support it yet, meaning that if you run into a problem, we can't help because we are still working on the supported version and it wont be released until June/07. The problem is when you try to use IP Talk or Outlook Express (system will lock your Altiview).
I had been using IP talk and Outlook.
I turned off IP talk, and screen pop, reinstalled altiview, and now I am working

Vista is now supported. A patch came out a week or so ago.
