Today I have two AltiView clients (version 5.0.1.407) that can no longer configure Goldmine as the pop client. Goldmine is no longer in their pull down list. Any suggestions?

I just spoke to my AltiGen Business Parter, he informs me that the AltiGen Representative says that the pop-up interface only works with Goldmine 6 and earlier; and then only on Windows XP and Windows 2000 clients.
Strange, it works on 58 other Windows XP sp2 machines, just not on the the two newly re-imaged ones.
