Altiris Customization

Hi,
I believe that the files are .net. I have done some work customizing the Altiris helpdesk interface. The page modifications aren't too bad but the changes to the SQL backend are not trivial. If not done correctly, any changes made can be overwritten during an upgrade. I'm probably stating the obvious.
