Does anyone have an alternative to the switchboard that they may be giving/sharing or know where someone might find a good alternative. I find the built in one so limiting.

Thanks

I just create forms with command buttons on them to open other forms, etc.

Sorry, I ment to elaborate, but the Dog had to go out, I would ultimately like a "folder tree" style front end but I may be asking to much.

I thought about doing buttons but my app has a lot of forms that should be grouped under headings, the switchboard limits to 8 entries (I know this can be modified) and I have more then 8 groups, so thus my search for a "tree" style menu.

Thanks

hi,

why don't you create your own custom menu? looks professional, and provides al the space you can get..

Use the CommandBar/CommandBars object model to create your own menu and toolbar. To program this, you need to place a reference to the MS Office objects library. This will expose the CommandBar related objects.

Otherwise, through the Access UI, you can make your own custom menus and toolbars.
