Recently, a new board member wants to have their corporate email forwarded to two seperate accounts. We can setup one relatively easily by creating a custom mailbox and then hiding to avoid it appearing in the list and having the mail forwarded accordingly. The second one is where we get stuck. We are using Exchange 5.5 on a W2K server. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks.

I'm not sure this can be done on ES5.5 (well at least not neatly).

The least chaotic way I can think of is to create 2 custom recipients and add them to a distribution list, then have his mail forwarded to that list.

The suggestion worked. We hid the custom recipients and the distribution list from the address book, to avoid confusion. Thanks for the suggestion.
