Hello, we just got Call Center Elite, and one of the options we wanted to take advantage of was the mutiple audio source options in vector programming. I am using the following statement in my vector programming:
wait-time XX secs while hearing 591 then continue
591 being the audio source extension I programmed in annoucments/audio sources as an analog-m, which is connected to a audio source. The problem is that sometimes you hear the audio while in queue, and sometimes you don't. Is this normal, are there a maximum # of calls that can hear an analog-m source at once? I have adjust the q settings under the annoucement screen and it seems to have no affect.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
