Alt + Tab not working

I've been told of Alt + Tab not working on certain machines that I do not have access to, was wondering if there is anything i can suggest.

People at another depot have reported that they cannot alt and tab to switch programs, the machines range from win98, winMe an XP.

Any ideas why Alt + Tab may not work will be greatly appreciated.

Unlikely to be a hardware problem. You'll need specific examples - and post in appropriate operating system forum(s).
