also need help w/ undo

one of my co-workers' unit, win98 w/ Office97, doesn't have "undo" enabled in either Word or Excel. this is really needed.

Try re-install of office but select customise option and select run on my computer .

just re-installed Office 97 Word and Excel; "undo" still does not work.
