I'm writing a technical manual with Hints that appear at the edge of the page. This consists of a Hint graphic that looks like a key with a text box below it. I did a text wrap around the key shaped alpha channel so that the text fits flows around it in the text box. It looks great in indesign and prints great in indesign. However, when I converted the document to a pdf file, it drew a rectangle around the key and covered any text box text that happened to be under it.
I'm using indesign cs2 and adobe 6.0 pro

Did you Make a Postscript file using Postscript level 3 option in you print window?

Did you also distill it using acrobat Disiller with the setting on High Quality?

If you didn't, then try that?
