Typically the custom activity most used is: FLEX_ENTRY_COMPLETE
This makes sense for operations that:
1)Ask for the customer name
2) Ask for the order type
3)Enter items on the check
4)Confirm and finalize the order
You can use this custom activity on TS Floor plans, TS Order entry or Quick Service so it is universal.
Essentially it takes you to ATO to start the order customer name or number then to select the order mode on the right delivery, takeout call in web etc. After hitting the order mode it takes you back to Aloha ordering screens where you select your items then hit the button that you configured to go back to ATO which if you set it up right will prompt for the confirmation screen.
Have you ran the ATO setup helper tool which is start>all programs>aloha takeout
Also there are different things you have to do to get it working properly have you set your environmental variables?
In the Aloha Takeout folder which should be D:\bootdrv\AlohaTakeout there is a configuration tool that hosts all of the takeout settings.
What software package are you using to configure ATO? Is this site in Aloha Manager, New Aloha Manager, Configuration Center? If you can't find the order screen or the dispatch screen you need to add your screens to each job code you are using that it doesn't show up on. If you have any more questions feel free to ask.
