Do newer versions of table service still have to be "licensed" for Video?

Do you also need a video license if the site decided to use QSR's KDS vs. radiant's KDS?

ABsolutely, they both need Video MX. For QSR, just don't flag the 'Use video' in store settings, but set it up under 'interfaces' in the system option

hi everyone , i have a QSR KDS DE-4100 and my windows CE crashed . how can i get the OS image ??
