Ok...
Step 1 >
Go to Maintenance/Hardware/Printers. Locate the printer that's driven by the terminal #5 (the field for terminal is directly beneath "name"). Go to the options tab while on that printer. In chit printing, check "print item prices." I don't remember about version 5 but in the later versions, and in that same area, you can check "Print Terminal Name." Save it.
Step 2>
Go to Maintenance/Hardware/Printer Groups. Find the group that sends items to your service bar. If you don't know this printer group, you can navigate to Maintenance/Menu/Items and locate a bar item that currently prints there. On the right column, towards the bottom, you'll see a box that says "Print." The name in the field there is the printer group you are looking for.
When you get to that printer group, you'll see some empty fields. Click on the arrow to the right of the field. This will open a list of printers. Locate the printer from step 1. Do not remove the original printer. Just add the new printer so that you have 2 printers in this printer group. Save it.
Step 3>
Go to Utilities/Functions/Refresh Data. You will now have the items print at both places in real time. In the office, you will have the server name, item price, and (if available in 5) the terminal name.
