Is there anyway to check to see if the alt method of logging in has been disabled on a system running Aloha version 5.3.28? I cannot use this method to log in as I normally do at 10 other sites. I know that there is a check box for it under system settings i believe, but I cannot get back into system settings because the users on the system don't have the ability to do so. Can this be changed in an .ini file anywhere? Thanks for any info on this.

You should contact your reseller for this information.

This information is not something that should be given out in public. There is no way to validate here who you are, and if you (Or anyone else that reads here) are the one that should have this access information.

I understand. Sorry for asking. My company just relies on me so we avoid having to deal with the reseller and the fees that go with it I suppose. You are right and anyone else who reads this please don't post the info as it could end up in the wrong hands. I wasn't thinking when I asked. I will try to figure it out.

I wonder why aloha had debout.nck? For what service is this for? It shows
"(3764, 5428) Could not find server IP address in Aloha.ini (0)" constantly. What are the entries in Aloha.ini that need to be fill in? I think that the site that have this problem is on 6.4 or 6.5.
