Aloha IBER.exe error for beginner

This morning while trying to check out a worker, Aloha crashed and gave me an error Signature (AppName:iber.exe AppVer:6.1.17.0 ModName:iber.exe ModVer:6.1.17.0 Offset: 00374bf8). When I restarted the system and tried checking her out again, it did the same thing.

I have no idea why it's suddenly doing this. I have only worked with this system for four weeks and I have no prior training with this POS. Can anyone help me out?

Does this apply to you? - RFC 64013 - Fixed issue with a fatal error when performing a checkout without closing any checks.

There were no checks open at the time of crash.
