Although the original Dealer may not exist I would have to assume Radiant has established a new Aloha dealer in your area. Is that not the case?
Contact Radiant or Google for the new Dealer. It's a good idea to establish a relationship with the local Dealer as POS support from long distances or through forms such as this are not long-term solutions if relied upon 100% of the time. Good Luck.
