Aloha EDC Issue

AM 12.3.72, NAM 19.3.2.3012, EDC 14.1.20, WIN10

I'm having an issue with EDC. At this site only (I have several others configured the same way), every time I stop EDC, the edc.ini file is replaced with the default. Anyone seen this happen?

One other piece of weirdness on this system - I am unable to adjust times for today at the FOH. It tells me the "clock out is less than the clock in time". It allows me to adjust my own time, but I get the error when adjusting any other employee. I have verified that the time is synced between the BOH and the terminals, and that the actual time punched matches with what actually happened (e.g., employee actually clocked in at 0444; this is reflected on the Labor Report. Trying to adjust clock-in to 0410 results in the error as above. Employee is still on the clock, on the same shift.)

Any thoughts? Thanks!

In NAM, Check the EDC tab. You will need to remove old processor setting located there and then it will stop over writing your new change

Is this the tab at Maintenance/Business/Store/Store Settings/Credit Card, or somewhere else? I don't see any processor settings at this location, and can't seem to find an "EDC" tab...

Some where else, Log in as user 1, it will be last option under maintenance.
