No, not an easy way unless you are proficient in R and or Python and know how to merge that data. If you are trying to do this for inventory reasons, its worth investing in a service or software to do that.
You can open a .dbf file in excel, but you cannot save to that file type. I routinely save an excel copy of my itm.dbf to use as a lookup file. Use DBFNavigator if you want to open, edit, and save to .dbf.
