What is the cleanest way to blow away an Aloha data base and start over with new employee files, item files, and menu layouts? And yes, the Aloha directory has been backed up at least twice prior to this adventure.
Cleanest way would be to delete the correct .dbf files. It's fairly easy if you know which .dbf files are linked, if you don't then delete everything through Aloha Manager.
