Aloha CC Tip Deduction

Can anyone refresh my memory on how make Aloha deduct credit card fees from the server cash owed?

For example, customer leaves $10 tip for the server on a Visa, but the merchant is really on getting $9.50, for example.

It's been a while, and I'm completely blanking on how to do this.

Under Payments there is a field for Tip Refund where you can put in a % that will deduct from the servers tip amount.

I looked there and though I remember it being there, I guess it just didn't jump out at me.

Does it just show up on the server check out as a line item, "Tip Refund".
