Hello, I have two javelin wedge systems with aloha installed. Im upgrading to a new one because the old one will not stay calibrated. Which folder contains the files I need to transfer? Like, employees, prices, ect.

The Alohaqs folder, if you're just talking about a standard POS station that IS NOT doubling as a file server. But really, you need not bother with this---when you install the new terminal, you can copy this folder over from your other station, and the SET TERM= in the ibercfg.

Again, the assumption is that you're just talking about a regular order entry terminal, and not a unit that contain both front of house and back of house. If that's the case, that's probably best left your dealer.

if this is a terminal only, no FOH/BOH setup, simply run the terminal install program on the terminal. This will set all of your variables for you on the terminal and copy/sync up with the fileserver.

Assuming he has the install CD, yeah, that would work too. I made the assumption that this was an end-user, and that often times, the CD is not available to them (or has been long since lost).
