Hi,
I own a small rest. in Minnesota and recently by accident deleted my admin rights in Aloha and Aloha EDC. I don't know much about Aloha and could use someone's help on this site. I'm trying to avoid calling my vendor and getting charged a fortune. Please let me know if you can help.

Thanks,

Kim

Up until version 6.2 (i believe) there is an "all-access" feature for AlohaMgr.exe. Just start it like this:

%IBERDIR%\bin\AlohaMgr.exe /bpjw

This will launch the application ins "dealer" mode and give you rights to everything you are licensed to. You can use this to re-instate your permissions.

I would not recommend using this method for day-to-day operations as there are no restrictions on it.

Have you figured it out?

Do you have a support contract with your vender? We are also in Minnesota and have a support contract with Foremost.
