Allow long distance calls

I have an individual who is able to make a long distant call on one of his extensions but not the other. How can I change it so he is able make a long-distance call on both?

prt the tn of each phone.. the one that can make ld usually has a higher ncos then the one that can't.. it could be tgar or cls as well... if in doubt post both stations..

btw in the nortel world, you can't block ext, just the station (phone) that they are built on.. on a rolm you could give each ext on a phone a unique allow deny table as well as forward treatment...
