Hi all,

I have a farm of 4 Citrix XPe servers and I want one of them to become a test server. I disable the 'Enable Logons to this server' option and wait untill the next day so all active users on that server have logged out. The next day, I still see active sessions and to my surprise, the enable logons option has been re-activated. I reboot my servers automatically every night so I thought that might be it, but after turning that off, it still returns.
Any clue?

Thanks in advance.

Citrix automatically reenables logins after a reboot.

Some suggestions:
If you are using published applications, remove the the server you want to use for testing from the properties of the published application. You can use the same install with a different published application (different name).
If you are using a desktop, remove all but the test user from the properties of the server.
Both of these can be done in the Citrix Management Console.

Oisnds,

Thanks for your reply.
However, as I mentioned in my post, I turned off the reboot (Don't like the feature that it's turned on after a reboot, but that's another point).
It does seem to work now, over the weekend the option didn't return. No issue anymore, perhaps again sometime.
