Allow access to only 1 directory

Hi all,

I have an issue whereby I want to setup a user account on an NT machine which only has access to one directory. The directory is in the IIS directory The user must not have access to any of the other files. Basically the user has a site on the machine and I don't want the user to be able to other sites.
