ALL Windows Application Backgrounds are Blue

Hello,

I have asked this problem many of places and no one has been able to solve it yet. In my application backgrounds they are all blue, this is not anything that has stopped me from my work, but is kinda annoying and I would like to change it. My guess is somehow a registry key that controls the default applications background was changed, if you have encountered this or know how to fix it I would really appreciate your help. Thanks.

This should be easy to fix, right click on you desktop and select properties. Click on the Appearence Tab. There will be some example windows displayed click on the one that is the same blue colour and says Window Text. Now use the colour selection button below to select white.
