All servers in Citrix Farm fail???!!

Running W2K Server with Citrix Metaframe XP -FR2, all 3 servers in the farm fail, although servers remain powered up but you cannot ping them or log into them. 2 servers in one rack 1 in another so not switch or UPS/Power. Even unable to log in to them locally, and all you get is a blank screen, as if server is shut down. No indication on front of server as to problem, and the only way to resolve is to power down and reboot. Has happened before on single server, and think it was caused by a network card, but never had all in the farm go down at the same time. Once servers are rebooted, log in fine.
Checked event viewer but nothing to indicate problem at all.
Any thoughts/suggestions gratefully recieved...

Looks like a driver issue to me - but could also be power management. Try switching off everything to do with power management, hibernation, etc in the BIOS as well as in Windows.
