All exchange Services keep dying

All four exchange services keep dying which then stops McAfee groupshield. Sometimes we have to reboot the server to get exchange back up any ideas why?

Are you using Groupshield for exchange or just the standard Windows server version?

I have another post in this forum for something similar. My problem is that the Information Store stops "unexpectedly" and I can't find anything in the logs to tell me why. If I find anything out I'll post it here. Maybe it'll help.
