Alignment of Layers

the layers' alignment seems to mess up when there is a difference using different font sizes or different browsers My question is whether there is any way to make sure that the alignment of the layer will be the same for any font sizes or browsers.

Unfortunately you will have to write fixes for these alignment problems - by detecting the browser onLoad and repositioning
