USE myTable IN 0 ALIAS myAlias
in the above, myTable is opened IN a work area which is available as free work area (not known to us specificaly) and we call that work area as myAlias.
So when you say.. SELECT myAlias.. this workarea gets selected and the access is defaulted to the myTable used in that alias area.
