when building a new mailbox I get error:alias already in use.Is there a way for me to run a report or look up which mailbox is using this alias.Any help would be appreciated..

Just enter the alias, when promptd for a mailbox number in menu 9-1. It will pull up the main mailbox number.

There is not a standard report that lists out the alias addresses assigned to a mailbox.

I thought I tried that before and it came back as not a valid mailbox but I tried it now and it worked-much thanks,that was easy!
