I have a client that keeps receiving Alarm 75 (Check ISDN service provider)on T-1/E&M trunk configuration, the alarm keeps appearing after I clear the event log.
Integra telecom wants me to change the I/F Level from ISDN to ISD/TT but I am very leery of that change.
We swapped out the T-1 card already and then we found out they changed their CSU/DSU to a SiP version.
The client does not want PRI.
They have taken the circuit off of the CSU/DSU and now we are connected directly to the NIU.
Any suggestions on what settings I should check or check prior taking that action?
