Alarm Code 46213 Reports

I am trying to delete a custom report created on a computer that no longer exists. Is there any way to delete this from the server side?

Client SPA01, Report ID 232 returned Client/Server communication failure ( error code=11001 ).

What is the software release?
Fat or webclient?
What are you doing exatly when you try to delete the report?

I have 4.02.06. It comes up as a major alarm in the Alarm Monitor in the SMI Workbench. I was told that to delete a report that a client made, I had to delete it from THAT computer with THAT person logged on. Since the person and computer are no longer in use, I can not try to delete it. I was hoping there was a spot on the server that I could delete it.
