ALARM 75-1

My customer has been getting a alarm 75-1 lately and also a 42-1 I found 42 in my error code book but no 75 (gos from 71 then to 80) I know it has to do with the first T-1, But Telco said it was not them (Surprize) Any ideas out There

alarm 75 ...is that the Norstar saw the T1 or PRI going down ...
and in a couple of my customers too, the CO doesnt see the circuit dropping.

it eventually was nothing wrong with teh norstar ...
