Alarm 73 on MICS 4.1

Please help I have a customer with a MICS 4.1 system and they are getting alarm 73. Does anyone know what this is? Thank You

it would be connected to their pri or isdn circuit possably losing connection with the co are there would also be some 3xx events in the network log. are they losing calls?

How did this turn out? I found no event or alarm 73 anywhere.
