Alarm 50-05 ? 1

Customer says they've been getting alarm 50-05 on reception display almost every morning for a while now. Anyone know what it is ? (Or where to get a list of all alarm / even codes)

Its something to do with a station module ports 501 to 516. Maybe theres no sets connected to it or the amphenol is removed, or the fiber is removed or its powered down
