AJAX .NET collapsiblepanelextender Question 1

Can anyone tell me how I can use this Ajax .NET control so that the extending panel does not push the following controls down the page. (I believe this is the panel expanding and hence displacing the other controls). I would like the extending panel to overlay the controls and when the panel collapses, these controls re-appear.

You would either have to absolutely position the elements (and set the z-indez so that the appear behind the panel) or hide/move them via javascript.
